Lieutenant Governor Visits Nelson And Castlegar

VICTORIA - On Thursday, the Honourable Steven Point, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, commences a 2-day program of events in Nelson and Castlegar. The tour includes visits to local schools, seniors’ centres, as well as meeting with the local mayors and city councillors. Itinerary as follows:

  • Tour of Doukhobour Discovery Centre
  • Tour of Castlegar City Hall
  • Dinner hosted by the Mayor
